Her experience spans a range of roles, including communication, administration, information technology, project management and volunteer organisations. Working closely with industry on projects has increased the breadth of her knowledge.

Lauren has 10 years of extensive recruitment experience from running graduate campaigns, assessment centres, through to sourcing and selection for executive level roles. Lauren has accredited training in behavioural interviewing and panel selection, and scoring for candidate interviews in both technical and executive roles. Her recruitment experience across all levels, and understanding from a client and assessor perspective, provides her with great insight into the selection and application process. Lauren is degree qualified in Psychology, and is an accredited organisational coach.


Fran is a human resources professional with a strong recruitment focus. Her extensive experience in the education sector provides a well-developed knowledge of selection panel expectations and criteria for shortlisting advertised roles.

She has extensive experience as a human resources generalist, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, job design, and position description review and classification. Having participated extensively in selection panels and having reviewed a vast amount of position applications, resumes and key selection criteria responses, Fran is well placed to provide expert knowledge of recruitment processes across the education sector.


Stephanie has been a part-time vocational educator and trainer in technology and business services for 10 years, combining this with over 25 years personal work experience in a wide range of administrative and executive assistant roles in state and local government, the education sector, and not-for-profit agencies.

She has a wide range of experience and knowledge of the recruitment process, having been a panel member and panel chairperson on an extensive amount of government agency selection panels, and recently she has helped design and deliver a series of training workshops and ‘Jobseeker Bootcamps’ in her role as a vocational trainer.
